Why does the contents of my shopping cart disappear?

Please log in when you shop, then your shopping cart will wait for you when you return. If you however intend to finish all your shopping immediately in one session, then there is no need to log in. Just remember if you leave without signing in, your shopping cart will be gone when you return. However, please remember if you close your browser window or get interrupted your shopping cart is lost. We are working on a better solution.

What do I need to do so I can see the prices in my countries currency?

Just drop us an e-mail and give us the following information:

• your country,
• your currency,
• if you use a decimal point or a decimal comma,
• how many decimals does your currency use,
• the symbol for your currency (like the ¥ for the Japanese Yen) and if you use it to the left or the right of the numeric value,
• the three letter abreviation for your currency.

Once we have the information from you, we will add your currency.
